Yes, all prices shown on our website include VAT at the current UK rate. The VAT amount is clearly shown in your basket and on your order confirmation.
Most stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Made-to-measure products such as PVC strip curtains and impact doors typically take 5-10 working days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
We offer standard delivery (2-3 working days) and express delivery (next working day) for most UK mainland addresses. Larger items may be delivered on a pallet via a freight carrier. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
Yes, most deliveries require a signature. If you're not available, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery.
Standard stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Made-to-measure or cut-to-size products cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

No, you can buy replacement PVC strips separately. Simply measure your existing strips (width, length and thickness) and order the quantity you need. We can also supply hanging rails and fixings if required.
Measure the full width and height of your structural opening (not the door frame if there is one). We recommend adding 100mm overlap on each side and 50mm at the bottom for the best seal. Our product pages include measuring guides to help.
We primarily supply products for self-installation, and our curtain kits come with full fitting instructions. For larger projects or if you'd prefer professional installation, contact us and we can discuss options.
