Delivery Policy

We work with APC Overnight to provide fast, reliable UK delivery through our logistics partner, Pro-Despatch. This page outlines how our delivery services operate, what you can expect, and how to raise any issues.

Delivery Options

We currently offer Next Working Day Delivery for all stock items dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm (noon) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next working day.

Additional services such as Pre 12pm, Pre 10:30am, and Saturday delivery may be available on request. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require these services.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and selected delivery method. We review our courier pricing regularly to ensure competitive rates for bulk industrial items.

Click & Collect / Customer Collection

You are welcome to arrange your own courier or collect directly from our Warrington site. Please contact us to confirm collection time and ensure your order is ready.

Packaging and Insurance

All orders are securely packaged for transport and include delivery insurance. Our couriers require parcels to be boxed, labelled, and scanned to APC's network standards. You may receive SMS or email updates about your parcel’s progress via APC Pinpoint.

Receiving Your Delivery

  • A signature is required for all deliveries unless you've chosen a “safe place” option at checkout or via APC Choice.
  • Do not sign for goods that are visibly damaged. Instead, sign as “damaged in transit” and notify us immediately, including photographs of the damaged packaging and items.
  • Inspect your items on delivery. Any issues must be reported to us within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Stock & Dispatch Times

Most stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering (if placed pre-noon). Non-stock or made-to-order items may require 3–5 working days for manufacture before dispatch. Please contact us if you have specific lead time requirements.

UK Mainland Only

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. For Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or export enquiries, please contact us directly for a tailored quote.

Tracking & Delivery Management

You can track your delivery using APC Pinpoint. Need to rearrange delivery? Use APC Choice to:

  • Change delivery date
  • Collect from depot or Parcelly point
  • Set or update your safe place preference

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shop@crystalrubber.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated throughout.
