Terms of Service
← Back to PoliciesTerms & Conditions
This page sets out important information about Crystal Rubber (referred to in these terms as "we", "us", or "our") and the legal terms and conditions ("Terms") under which we sell any of the products ("Products") listed on our website ("our site") or supplied following a quotation.
These Terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products ("Contract")—whether placed online or through other means. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By ordering from us, you agree to these Terms in full.
We do not offer goods on a trial basis, and returns are only accepted if the goods are faulty (see clause 7). Please note that clause 9 outlines our policy on restocking fees. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to order Products from us.
We recommend printing or saving a copy of these Terms for future reference. We may revise these Terms at any time, and the version in place at the time of your order will apply. These Terms were last updated in March 2025 and are provided in English only.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes. While we aim for accuracy, actual colours, dimensions, and packaging may differ slightly due to manufacturing variances or screen displays.
If you have specific tolerance, material, or certification requirements, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee conformance to any standards unless this is agreed in writing prior to purchase.
3. Website Use & Privacy
Your use of our website is subject to our website terms of use. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your information. Please review these documents before placing an order.
4. Who Can Order
To place an order as a consumer, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you must have the authority to place the order and bind the business to a contract with us.
5. How Orders Are Confirmed
For online orders, your order is not confirmed until you receive a formal Dispatch Confirmation email from us. For orders made through quotations, a contract is formed only when you receive written confirmation that we will fulfil the order.
6. Made-to-Measure or Special Order Products
Products that are cut, manufactured, or adapted to your specifications are considered made-to-measure or special order. These items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty or not as described.
It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements and specifications are correct. If you require certification or supporting documentation, please let us know before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.
7. Returns
We only accept returns for goods that are faulty or damaged. We do not accept returns for goods ordered incorrectly, unless agreed at our discretion. Please contact us first before attempting to return any item.
If a return is approved, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply, especially where goods require special handling, packaging, or inspection. Return postage or collection fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are confirmed to be faulty or sent in error.
8. Delivery
All orders are dispatched using APC Overnight, typically on a next-working-day basis. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
Delivery options and estimated costs will be shown at checkout. A signature may be required upon delivery unless you’ve requested the parcel to be left in a safe place (at your own risk). If the delivery fails, APC will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery.
9. Restocking Fees
Where we accept a return for goods that are not faulty, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the original order value may be deducted. This covers handling and reintegration into our inventory. This fee applies to both business and consumer orders.
10. International Delivery
We currently do not offer international delivery. All orders must be delivered to UK addresses.
11. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address.
Payment is required in full before dispatch unless you have an approved credit account with us. We accept payment via standard card processing methods available on our website.
12. Liability
For Consumers
We are liable for any foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these Terms. We are not responsible for losses related to any business use, including loss of profit or opportunity.
For Businesses
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, products are sold for internal use only and not for resale. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability under any contract is limited to the price paid for the goods.
13. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control, including courier delays, industrial action, natural disasters, or network failures. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you on next steps.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, business operations, or customer feedback. The version that applies to your order is the one in place at the time you placed it.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or if you reside in Northern Ireland or Scotland, in your local courts. Businesses agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
